On Saturday 8th Match, the Sidemen were back with the Charity Match 2025 and it was bigger than ever!
2 teams, 36 of the world's biggest creators, 90,000 fans at a sold out Wembley Stadium and millions watching around the globe.
The teams were led by Miniminter for Sidemen FC and IShowSpeed for YouTube Allstars.
It was a close match throughout, with the first half tied at 4-4. In the 90th minute, Theo Baker completed a hattrick for the Allstars bringing the final score to a 9-9 draw.
A tense penalty shoot out followed where finally, YouTube Allstars claimed victory and took home the 2025 winners trophy. The winning team cleaned up with goalkeeper Sketch’s epic performance earning the award for Player of the Match and the Golden Boot went to Theo Baker.
The event raised over £4.7 million, with all profits and 100% of donations going to charity. This year the three beneficiary charities are Bright Side, M7 Education and Children in Need.
